Committee chaired by councilman Peter A. Koo, under The New York City Council, City Hall, NY-10007, on December 14, 2021 approved the co-naming of Bowne Street (block between Holly Avenue and 45th Avenue in Flushing, NY) as “Ganesh Temple Street.” The temple will soon announce the official installation day of the street name plate once it is added in the official Map of New York City.
