Bollywood’s most iconic film, ‘Sholay’ had some high drama when the day of Holi arrives in the film. The characters are shown grooving to the melody of the song ‘Holi Ke Din’ and this is when fire catches the top of a carousel and Gabbar and his men descend onto Ramgarh.
- ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram Leela’
This is one of the most romantic and intense scenes in Bollywood. As everyone is busy celebrating Holi, Leela (Deepika Padukone) approaches Ram (Ranveer Singh) with a handful of gulaal and goes on to apply it in a rather seductive manner. Holi is the time in the film where the shy and introvert Naina (Deepika Padukone) truly comes out of her shell. Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) is stunned seeing such a drastic transformation as well and the

The lovely chemistry of Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in ‘Padmaavat’ really came through in this scene from Padmaavat.
