The Rotary Club of Jericho Sunrise, the only all-women's Rotary club in New York, conducted the installation ceremony of incoming President Sunita Sadhnani (2025-26) at The Metropolitan, Glen Cove, NY. It was well attended by Rotarians, guests, and prominent members of the community, such as Samarth Kulkarni, CEO of CRISPR Therapeutics ( Times 100 most influential companies of 2025), Past District Governors Rtn. Ravi Bhooplapur Rtn.Kamlesh Mehta.

The club is known for its humanitarian service to communities across the globe as well as the local towns and cities in Long Island.

Outgoing President Jaya Bhooplapur highlighted the contributions made by the club during her tenure, including providing 100 hospital beds to the needy at the Amrita Kripa Hospital in Mysore.

Congratulations and Best wishes to incoming President Sunita Sadhnani, who expressed her vision to continue working and upholding the Rotary motto of “Service above Self. “ Rtn.
