Ayodhya to have a new logo ahead of Ram Temple inauguration

Ayodhya: The ancient city of Ayodhya, revered as the birthplace of Lord Rama in Hindu mythology, is all set to get a new logo that encapsulates its deep-rooted cultural and religious significance. The logo features prominent cultural symbols, and is set to promote the city’s unique identity worldwide.

The new emblem, part of broader efforts to develop Ayodhya as a prominent pilgrimage and tourist destination, is expected to be employed in various capacities. The unveiling of the new logo coincides with the completion of the Ram Temple, a move that positions Ayodhya as a global tourism hub and spiritual center.

Over three years after the foundation stone was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the date for the consecration ceremony of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple has been decided – on January 22, 2024. The distribution of invitation cards for the consecration of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple has commenced.

The rebranding of Ayodhya extends beyond its physical boundaries and into the global sphere ahead of the historical event. Cricketing legends, Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, have been invited to the consecration ceremony at the Ram Temple, aligning with the theme ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ for the G-20 Summit 2023.
