Espionage thriller 'Citadel' has added new cast members for its second season. Headlined by Richard Madden and Priyanka-Chopra Jonas, the new season of the show will see fresh faces, including actors like Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli, and Michael Trucco.
Actors Stanley Tucci, Lesley Manville and Jack Reynor will also join the team for the latest season, which will begin production this year, with Joe Russo serving as director. 'Citadel', which premiered in 2023, featured Priyanka Chopra as an elite spy Nadia Sinh opposite 'Game of Thrones' star Richard Madden, who starred as Mason Kane. The show is executive produced by Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Scott Nemes for AGBO, with David Weil serving as showrunner and executive producer.
“The second season will build on the intense action and complex characters introduced in the first season, promising even more thrilling twists and intrigue,” Angela Russo-Otstot, executive producer and AGBO’s Chief Creative Officer, said in a statement.
