Playback singer Arijit Singh enchanted his London audience by singing 'Perfect' with British singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran.
Global pop star Ed Sheeran collaborated with Indian playback singer Arijit Singh at a concert in London late last week. The sold-out crowd was blown away by the duo's performance of Ed Sheeran's smash single ‘Perfect’. After the performance, Arijit Singh went to Instagram to thank Ed Sheeran and the crowd.
Arijit Singh shared multiple photos from the London concert with Ed. He wrote, “London, thank you for showing up in such a magnificent way last night. Love & Gratitude. Thank you @teddysphotos for the perfect moment."
Arijit Singh's Live In Concert tour is a four-day event, with his first performance in London already being a hit. His next stop was in Birmingham on September 16. He is set to perform in Rotterdam on September 19 and finally in Manchester on the 22nd. Sharing the details of the concert on Instagram Arijit Singh wrote, “UK & Europe, Starting THIS Sunday at London's O2 Arena, followed by stops at Birmingham's Utilita Arena, Rotterdam's RTM Stage, and wrapping up with the first-ever South Asian show at Manchester's Co-op Live Arena. Can't wait to see you all there".
This isn't the first time Ed Sheeran has been involved with Indian music or culture. On the last stop of his Mathematics Tour earlier this year in Mumbai, he teamed up with Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh. Ed had great conversations with Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana on the same trip.
