New Delhi: Ginsmon P. Zacharia, founder chairman of Indo American Press Club has been selected for the Rajiv Gandhi National Excellence Award 2021, constituted by Global Indian Association (an NGO). The awardees include top organizations, selected members from the Panchayats and healthcare workers in India, philanthropists, social activists, and media persons from the world over, who have conducted charitable activities and official duties to help those who are suffering due to the Corona pandemic.
Long Island, NY based Zacharia is Chief Editor of Jaihind Vartha (Malayalam) and Publisher of The Asian Era (English).
The award function will be held in different countries around the world. The first and second season of the Award distribution will be conducted at Rajiv Bhavan, Headquarters of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee from 20th August 2021 to May 2022, as per a press release from Rajeev Joseph, International President, Global Indian Association (GIA).
