Indian Consulate’s facilitation camp in Harrisburg, PA on July 24

New York: As part of the “Consulate @ Your Doorstep” initiative, The Consulate General of India, New York is holding a Consular Facilitation Camp at Days Inn, 353 Lewisberry Rd, New Cumberland, PA 17070 from 9:00 am to 2:00 PM on July 24, 2021 in association with Asian Indian Americans of Central PA and VFS Global.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, one is expected to follow regulations and only limited people will be allowed at any given time. Following Consular Services will be provided at the camp site:

Passport
Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India passport portal https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink and note down the ARN for File No., once filled take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and the same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

OCI

Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India OCI portal https://ociservices.gov.in/ and note down the USAN*** No. Once filled take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to the VFS website for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and the same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

PCC, Renunciation and GEP

Applicants may complete the online application form on the Government of India passport portal https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink and note down the ARN for File No. Once filled please take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and the same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

Visa
Visa services will be provided directly by the Consulate. Please note that at the campsite visa applications will only be collected and no visa will be issued at the camp site. Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India visa portal https://indianvisaonline.gov.in Once filled please take a print out of the filled application and bring it along with supporting documents and return envelope. It will be pre-approved on the camp site and application will be taken back to the Consulate for issue of visa. Documentary requirement can be seen at CGI, New York website www.indiainnewyork.gov.in

Miscellaneous Consular Service (Power of Attorney etc.)
Misc. Consular Service such as Power of Attorney, Attestation etc. will be provided directly by the Consulate Officer at the campsite. Misc. Consular Services will be processed and will be delivered at the Camp site itself. Applicants may complete the online application form on CGI, New York website. Once filled please take a print out of the filled application and bring it along with supporting documents. It will be processed and delivered at the camp site itself.
