Los Angeles: Eminent Jain Acharya Dr. Lokeshji, founder of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti met with US President Joe Biden on June 11th in Los Angeles and invited him for the inauguration ceremony of the World Peace Center being established in India next year. Acharyashri said that the programs of non-violence training and peace education in this center to be built on the principles of Lord Mahavir would help in establishing non-violence, peace and harmony in the world and would also be effective in preventing incidents like gun violence in America. Appreciating the US President for the special assistance to the middle class during the Corona period, Jain Acharya said that America and India can together make the world better against violence, terror, and poverty. Jain Acharya Lokeshji proposed to organize a forgiveness day in the White House.
President Joe Biden described Lord Mahavir’s principles of non-violence are useful for world peace. The President said that America and India are strong friends and we will work together for the betterment of the world.
Jain Acharya Lokeshji apprised President Biden about the humanitarian work conducted by the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti organization.
