Several friends, Classmates and colleagues gathered to pay their tributes to Tejinder Singh on June 12 at the GNFA Gurdwara in Silver Spring, MD.
Singh, a Washington based journalist, senior White House correspondent, founder, and editor of the India America Today passed away at his home in May end.
His wife Laurie, who flew in from South Carolina, affectionately spoke about him: “He was an amazing person, who actually underestimated his own talent. Getting admission in IIT in India was like being topnotch. He did not care about fame and money but was passionate about what he loved the most, journalism and nature walks. We will miss him tremendously.”
