On Sunday, September 1, the Middlesex County Office of Parks and Recreation is hosting its annual free Labor Day Weekend Concert at Roosevelt Park in Edison, offering an afternoon of exciting music performances. This year’s concert will celebrate the spectacular music of Chicago and offer a tribute to Jimmy Buffet and Tropical Rock. Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair!
September is also Hunger Action Month, and REPLENISH, in partnership with Feeding Middlesex County, will be collecting non-perishable food donations at the concert to support residents in need. Be sure to bring a non-perishable food donation to the show.
