East Meadow: Jaspreet S. Mayall has been reappointed by the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, as a member on the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Second, Tenth, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts to serve a four-year term, commencing August 1, 2023 and expiring July 31, 2027.
The Appellate Division, Second Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York first appointed him in 2007. He is also a Special Master for the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
Mayall is a Partner at Certilman Balin in the Telecommunications and Bankruptcy Groups. He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Rights Group and is a member of the firm’s executive committee.
An active member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Mayall is admitted to practice in New York; New Jersey; the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; and the District of Columbia.
