New York: ‘The Pushpa” fever has caught on to Mayor Eric Adams along with millions of fans across the globe as Adams this week performed the ‘taggedele’ hand gesture from the film at an event in New York City. Earlier, Adams was seen enjoying the gesture with actor Allu Arjun in a reception after the India Day Parade in the city.
Adams performed the hand gesture during an event organized by the Telugu community in the city where he interacted with the people and also celebrated the festival of Batukamma.
