New York State Assembly member David I. Weprin has honored Annapurna Media Network General Manager Manoj Basnet for his exceptional performance management and visionary leadership.
On the occasion of International Women's Day, Weprin honored him with a written certificate of appreciation on the recommendation of Triveni Times, a media house based in New York, USA.

Weprin was first elected to the New York State Assembly in 2010. Since then, Weprin has been winning elections as an Assembly member in every election.
He serves as a member of various state committees, including the Chairman of the New York State Insurance Committee, the Committee on Banks, the Committee on Judiciary, and the Asian Pacific American Task Force.
Basnet also held key roles at Kantipur Publications, serving as Head of Circulation, Press, and Regional Offices. His leadership significantly boosted circulation and revenue, earning him prestigious honors such as the Rastriya KhanpaniPatrakarita Puraskar.
Basnet spent six years at Annapurna Media Network, excelling in sales and distribution.
As Head of Sales and Distribution, he led sales strategies, managed union issues, and oversaw product distribution. Previously he served as Regional Coordinator, driving operations across seven states and securing advertisements.
