The South Asian Bar Association (SABA)-DC has sponsored a Legal Panel Discussion with experienced immigration attorneys on options for candidates interested in or who have applied for H1B visas and are dealing with issues navigating the US employment landscape.
Indians and other South Asian H1B holders often face various challenges related to their employment-based nonimmigrant visas, and at times with subsequent applications for employment-based immigration. This interactive discussion will offer attendees an opportunity to learn more about the rights and restrictions associated with the H1B visa from experienced panelists, who are have worked extensively in various aspects of immigration law and South Asia-based immigration clients.
