Parineeti Chopra looked lovely in her latest photos that she shared on her social media. The actress looked ready to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights. She was dressed in an orange-colored suit and sported sindoor and henna on her hands as she posed for the camera. In the caption, Parineeti wrote, “Diwali begins.”
Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha had said ‘I do’ on September 24. Their wedding was held in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Many known personalities graced the occasion, including former cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his wife Geeta Basra, AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as well as celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
For the unversed, Parineeti was a Manish Malhotra bride, while groom Raghav sported an outfit designed by his uncle Pawan Sachdeva.
Parineeti and Raghav had been friends for a while before things reportedly took a more romantic turn on the sets of Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila. The two had studied in the United Kingdom around the same time, and remained in touch until they reconnected on another level years later.
On the work front, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Akshay Kumar’s Mission Raniganj. She is now looking forward to the release of Chamkila, helmed by Imtiaz Ali. The film also stars Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh.
