Real Madrid concludes preparations for La liga clash against Espanyol

Madrid, Sep 21: Spanish football giants Real Madrid held their final training session Friday, in preparation for the upcoming La Liga clash against Espanyol.

All available first team players attended the practice led by head coach Julen Lopetegui, except for Spanish defender Dani Carvajal, who practised indoors, reports Efe.

Lopetegui called up Castilla defender Sergio Lopez who joined the session to cover Carvajals absence.

Meanwhile, the players that took part in Champions League 3-0 win over Roma on Wednesday, carried out a recovery session.

The Whites are set to meet Espanyol on Saturday at Real Madrids home Santiago Bernabeu Stadium here.
