The Rotary Club of Jericho Sunrise hosted its first fund raising event for the year 2020-21 on Aug15 morning with a yoga session conducted by Rashi Herani. Perfect morning with beautiful weather and enthusiastic participants, maintaining the social distance, made the event rock. Not to forget the sumptuous Punjabi breakfast that followed. The success of the event was all due to support, participation and contributions of the Rotary sisters and their friends and families. All the hard work and planning was done by event Chair Sangeeta Sethi, Co-Chair Neelima Sinhal Goyal and Sarita Hirani (Jt. Secretary). Meenu Heda Maheshwari and family generously allowed hosting the event at their home. All the proceeds raised from the event will be going to Karo – an NGO in Mumbai which does great work providing holistic healthcare to low-income communities, poverty-stricken families and patients.
