Washington DC: Former President Donald Trump’s super PAC raked in more than $4.3 million from donors in the last three months of 2021, according to a new campaign finance report filed Monday.
Fueled mostly by donations of more than $25,000, Trump’s Make America Great Again, Again! group now boasts a balance of about $9.5 million heading into the 2022 elections.
The super PAC’s top donors were Tranquil Path Investments, LTD, of Texas, and ML Organization, LLC, of Florida, which both donated $500,000. Neither group has made a federal political donation before, according to the Federal Election Commission.
Trump has endorsed 52 candidates for the U.S. House and Senate this year, in addition to many more down-ballot office candidates across the country, who could get support from the super PAC this year.
MAGA, Again! was created when control of the Trump super PAC shifted to former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi from Corey Lewandowski. The former super PAC controlled by Lewandowski, Make America Great Again Action, transferred its remaining balance of about $5.7 million to the new group last October.
