CBFC orders alterations in Tabu’s dialogues in ‘Crew’

Kriti Sanon, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Tabu treated fans to a super fun trailer for their upcoming film ‘Crew’ recently. And while the unabashed stance of the characters has been hailed by many, looks like CBFC is not okay with green lighting the oh-so-bold stance of Tabu’s character in the film. As per several media reports, CBFC has advised certain alterations to be made in the film’s dialogues. Especially, the cuss words used by Tabu’s character have been asked to be altered.

As per reports, several scenes where Tabu’s character uses explicit language have been modified for theatrical release. This is the first time Kareena Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu will be sharing screen space. They will be seen playing air hostesses in Crew. The movie also stars Diljit Dosanjh in an important role, and Kapil Sharma and Anil Kapoor in guest appearances. The film’s songs and teaser have received a great response so far.

The film revolves around three hostesses who take on a risky side hustle after they learn that the airline they work for has gone bankrupt. This crazy situation is clubbed with some great comedy and amazing one-liners.

Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, and produced by Rhea Kapoor under the banners of Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Film & Communications Network, ‘Crew’ will be released in theatres on March 29.
