Ronak Jani joins External Advisory Board of University of California Merced

Merced, CA: The University of California Merced (UC Merced) has announced the appointment of Ronak M. Jani of The Jani Group of Companies to its External Advisory Board. Jani brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the finance industry to this esteemed university, which provides strategic guidance and counsel to the university leadership.

Jani is a highly respected leader with over two decades of experience in the finance industry. He currently serves as the Managing Director of The Jani Group of Companies, proudly expanding the foundation of his multi-generational family’s business. A compendium of international financial services and venture firms headquartered in New York, while providing worldwide financial solutions.

Jani received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lubin School of Business – Pace University, New York. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager from with the illustrious CCIM Institute, Chicago, and Certified by the Wharton School of Business – University of Pennsylvania in the Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling.

His portfolio of work includes over $750+ Million worth of commercial development transactions throughout the US, and Banking Instrument transactions well over $1+ Billion globally. Throughout his career, Jani has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been recognized for his contributions with numerous awards.  He has collaborated with multiple Fortune 100 Companies with valuations over $10+ Billion within the USA and India. He has worked with companies featured in Forbes, Fortune and Wired magazines.
