PM Narendra Modi asserted that the country’s enemies have learnt what happens when ’sindoor’ becomes gunpowder.

Bikaner (Rajasthan): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that it took only 22 minutes for India to destroy nine terror hideouts, and this was his government's response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack.

Speaking about Operation Sindoor at a gathering here, PM Modi said, "This is not just agony, this is an aggressive stand of new India. First, we had entered your house and attacked, now we have directly attacked your chest. This is a policy to curb terrorism, this is new India."

Outlining the three key principles established through Operation Sindoor in India’s fight against terrorism, the Prime Minister stated the first principle - any terrorist attack on India would be met with a decisive response, with the timing, method, and terms determined solely by India’s armed forces.

He also asserted that India would not be intimidated by nuclear threats. He also emphasized that India would no longer differentiate between terrorist masterminds and the governments that support them, rejecting Pakistan’s distinction between state and non-state actors.

“Pakistan used to spread terror, kill innocent people, create an atmosphere of fear in India. But Pakistan forgot one thing: Now, Mother India’s servant Modi is standing here with his head held high. Modi’s mind is cool, it stays cool, but Modi’s blood runs hot. And now, not blood, but hot vermilion is flowing in Modi’s veins,” PM Modi told the gathering.

"You would have seen, we have deputed delegations from the country across the world to expose Pakistan. There are MPs cutting across party lines in it. Pakistan's real face will be shown to the world," he said, adding that the neighboring nation can never win a direct war against India, which is why it resorts to using terrorism as a weapon.

He further stated that "when Sindoor becomes an explosive, the result is for everyone to see. Our government gave a free hand to all three armed forces and together they created such a trap that Pakistan was forced to go down on its knees."

Modi also recalled his statement in Churu, reaffirming his commitment to the nation: "Swear by this soil, I will not let the country fall, I will not let the country bow." He declared from Rajasthan that those who spilled India’s blood have now paid the price in full.

He declared that Pakistan had underestimated India’s resolve, stating that under his leadership, the nation stands strong and unwavering. “Any terrorist attack on India would result in severe consequences, with Pakistan paying a heavy price, borne by its military and its economy”, he said.

PM Modi, in a stern warning to patrons of terror, said that this is New Bharat and Operation Sindoor reflects the country’s new doctrine under which acts of terror will be treated and replied to. “Those who went after our sisters and tried to wipe their sindoor, we have razed them to the ground. This is a new form of justice -- 'yeh Operation Sindoor hai',” he said.

The Prime Minister also said that the nation stands united after the Pahalgam terror attack and stated that 140 crore people of the country have taken a resolve to punish the terrorists beyond their imagination. “Because of our armed forces, we have taught Pakistan a lesson. Our government gave full operational freedom to our armed forces, and they brought Pakistan to its knees,” he said.
