From Google's Sundar Pichai to Anthropic's Dario Amodei, India will arguably see the biggest gathering of tech leaders next week.

New Delhi: India will host one of the most anticipated global technology gatherings of the year as the India AI Impact Summit 2026 brings together policymakers, researchers, corporate leaders, and innovators from across the world.

Organized under the Government of India’s IndiaAI Mission, the summit is positioned as a high-level platform to advance responsible artificial intelligence development and strengthen international cooperation.

The summit reflects India’s growing prominence in the global digital economy. With a vast digital public infrastructure, expanding startup ecosystem and increasing investments in AI capacity, the country has emerged as a key market and development hub for next-generation technologies. Hosting the summit in New Delhi signals India’s intent to actively shape the global AI conversation rather than simply participate in it.

Next week in Delhi, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses the AI Impact Summit on February 19, chances are that anyone who is someone in Silicon Valley would be in attendance.

The list of people who are attending the AI Impact Summit reads like a Forbes List of movers and shakers in AI. Everyone is coming, from Google’s Sundar Pichai to Anthropic’s Dario Amodei.

Here is a sample: Google CEO Sundar Pichai, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis, Microsoft President Brad Smith, Meta Chief AI Scientist Alexandr Wang, and Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon.

French President Emmanuel Macron will also attend the AI Impact Summit and jointly inaugurate the India-France Year of Innovation in Mumbai, a key initiative aimed at boosting collaboration in technology and research throughout 2026.
