India in New York, in partnership with IIM Americas, hosted the Pan IIM Alumni Conference on 9 May 2026, bringing together distinguished leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and alumni from the IIM community across the United States. Consul General Binaya S. Pradhan, in his inaugural address, appreciated the important role of IIM alumni in strengthening the India–U.S. partnership, particularly in the areas of technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment. The conference featured Special Remarks by Sonjoy Chatterjee, Chairman & CEO of Goldman Sachs India Securities Pvt. Ltd., followed by a keynote address by N.V. Tyagarajan, former President and CEO of Genpact. The program also included panel discussions on entrepreneurship, AI, investment, business transformation and leadership, featuring several distinguished speakers from the fields of business, technology, and innovation.
