The 76th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor at the Indian Consulate in New York. Consul General Binaya S. Pradhan unfurled the tricolor, in the presence of members of the Indian diaspora and Friends of India. The event featured captivating patriotic songs performed by the students of Sur Taal Sangam. Kassiyet Adilkhankyzy, Bharatanatyam dancer of Kazakh origin based in New York, presented a mesmerizing Bharatanatyam performance.

On the occasion of Republic Day, the Indian Consulate in New York recognized the remarkable achievements and contributions of the Indian Diaspora and the friends of India across various fields, including business, science, technology, arts, sports, and public service.  

Manoj Chourasia, Member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Kris Singh, 4th Judicial District Administrative Judge of the New York State Unified Court System, Rena Malik, Judge in the New York City Civil Court, representing Brooklyn's 1st Municipal Court District, John Guy, Florence and Herbert Irving Curator of South and Southeast Asian Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, Jonathan Hollander, the founder of Battery Dance Company, Dr. Ashok Chaudhury from Indian Heritage and Cultural Organization – NJ, Mangesh Kamat representing Mallakhamb Association of USA, Abhimanyu Mishra, the youngest Grandmaster, Sabina Dhillon, a noted Attorney, Raj Lulla, co-founder and CTO of Haylon Technologies, Namin Shah, co-founder and CEO of Haylon Technologies, Rohit Bhadange, co-founder and CEO of Zamp, Abhinav Godavarthi, CEO of General Biological, Sunny Aggarwal, co-Founder of Osmosis Finance were conferred the honor.

Ambassador Vinay Kwatra unfurled the Tricolor and relayed the President's address to the nation at India House to celebrate the 76th Republic Day of India. Members of the Indian diaspora participated enthusiastically in the festivities.

The Embassy of India hosted a reception to celebrate the 76th Republic Day of India with friends of India and prominent members of the Indian community. The event celebrated the spirit of the Indian constitution and showcased elements of Indian culture and cuisine.

The Consul General Ramesh Babu Lakshmanan attended the Republic Day of India celebrations organized by the Indian American Cultural Association (IACA), Atlanta as the Chief Guest. During the event, the Consul General emphasized the importance of India's Republic Day, reflecting on its pivotal role in shaping the country's democratic values and inspiring progress. CG also commended IACA, one of the oldest Indian community organizations in Atlanta, for its unwavering efforts in promoting Indian heritage and traditions in the United States.
