On behalf of the Association of Indians in America (AIA), as the National President, I extend my sincere congratulations to the people of India around the world on the proud occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day. We salute India’s continued progress guided by peace, unity, and democratic values. The Constitution of India is a beacon for the world’s largest democracy and a cornerstone of its growing global leadership.
Founded in 1967, the Association of Indians in America is the oldest National Organization representing Asian Indians in the United States. For nearly six decades, AIA has served as a unified voice for the Indian American community through participation, cultural preservation, and meaningful engagement, just as AIA's mission statement of 'Indian Heritage American Commitment'.
As India commemorates Republic Day 2026 with the theme marking 150 years of Vande Mataram, we reaffirm our commitment to a strong and evolving partnership as ambassadors of India in America. We hope leaders of both nations rise beyond symbolism and strengthen cooperation by advancing shared prosperity, security, innovation, and enduring people-to-people values and ties in an increasingly interconnected and interdependent world we call "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam," which stands for "The World Is One Family."
