New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a three-nation tour to Jordan, Ethiopia, and Oman from December 15 to 18, 2025, aiming to deepen India’s engagement with key partners in the Middle East and Africa.
In the first leg of the visit, PM Modi will travel to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from December 15–16 at the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein. He will hold a meeting with King Abdullah II to review the entire range of India–Jordan relations and exchange views on regional developments. The visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries
He will then proceed to Ethiopia from December 16–17 for a State visit at the invitation of Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed Ali. This will be Modi’s first visit to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
In the final leg, Prime Minister Modi will visit the Sultanate of Oman from December 17–18 at the invitation of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. This will be his second visit to Oman and marks 70 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
