4 Indian origin leaders win Life Sciences Rising Stars Award

New York: Life Sciences Voice (LSV) has named four Indian-origin professionals among the 15 winners of its 2025 Rising Stars Award, which highlights emerging leaders making a mark in the life sciences sector. 

The awardees include Tajinder Vohra, Raj Pudipeddi, Ajay Sharma and Ritesh Sanghvi, who were recognized for their leadership, innovation, and industry impact. 

Tajinder Vohra, Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Revvity, oversees the company’s manufacturing, supply chain, customer care and distribution functions. Before joining Revvity, he held leadership positions at ABB, Genpact, and GE Healthcare.  

Raj Pudipeddi, Chief Growth Officer at Exact Sciences, was recognized for his three decades of work across medical devices, consumer goods, and telecom. At Align, he held senior leadership roles in the Americas and Asia Pacific and served as Chief Marketing and Product Officer. Previously, he worked with Bharti Airtel and Procter & Gamble.  

Ajay Sharma, Vice President of eCommerce and OmniChannel for Bayer’s Consumer Health division in North America, was also honored. He previously worked with Coca-Cola in trade marketing and eCommerce roles before joining Bayer, where he served in global positions in Switzerland and the UK. 

Ritesh Sanghvi, who heads Due Diligence, Integration and Divestiture at Ipsen, was recognized for two decades of experience in pharmaceutical development and business strategy. He has led over 25 corporate transactions and held senior roles at AbbVie and Allergan.  

Announcing the winners, Life Sciences Voice said the Rising Stars Award celebrates individuals “whose vision, creativity, and dedication are setting new benchmarks for excellence” and who represent “the best in leadership, driving transformative ideas and meaningful change.” 

The 2025 cohort was selected from a competitive pool of nominees across science, business, technology, and healthcare.
