Annapolis, Md: Governor Wes Moore and Lt. Governor Aruna Miller on Feb 23, 2026, officially filed for re-election with the Maryland State Board of Elections, reaffirming their commitment to building an economy that works for every Marylander and continuing the progress made over the past three years.
“We are excited about the results that we have seen just in the first three years. We've got more work to do,” Governor Moore said while filing at the State Board of Elections headquarters.

Since taking office, the Moore–Miller Administration has focused on reducing childhood poverty, improving educational outcomes, growing key industries, and modernizing the state government to better serve Marylanders.

The Moore–Miller ticket filed one day ahead of the official deadline. Maryland’s primary election is scheduled for June 23, 2026.
