Superstar Salman Khan, who was scheduled to headline ‘The Big Bollywood One’ shows in the UK on May 4 and 5, has announced the postponement of the events in light of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam. He was set to join an ensemble of actors, including Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, and Disha Patani, for the shows.

In his caption, Salman explained, “In light of the recent tragic events in Kashmir, and with profound sadness, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone The Bollywood Big One shows, originally scheduled for May 4th and 5th in Manchester and London. While we understand how much our fans were looking forward to these performances, we feel it is only right to pause during this time of grief."

He further added, “We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your understanding and support. New dates for the shows will be announced shortly."

Singers Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have also cancelled their concerts in light of the Pahalgam attack. Shreya Ghoshal announced the cancellation of her upcoming concert in Surat, which was part of her All Hearts Tour, while Arijit cancelled his concert scheduled for Sunday, April 27th, in Chennai.
