Actor Vicky Kaushal, who is currently basking in the success of 'Chhaava', will play the legendary actor and director Guru Dutt, a titan of Indian cinema renowned for timeless masterpieces like 'Pyaasa', 'Kaagaz Ke Phool', and 'Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam', according to recent reports by Mid-Day.
Rajat Agrawal, COO and Director at Ultra, mentioned that he had been in discussions with two highly respected directors who had expressed interest in adapting the filmmaker's works into web series and possibly creating a film based on his life.
Meanwhile, Vicky will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War' alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. It is set to release in 2026.
