Ranveer Singh-starrer 'Dhurandhar' is set to release in Japan in July, after its strong run in India. The overseas rollout has been confirmed with a localized trailer and a new poster, signalling a push into an important international market.

Sharing the announcement this week, the makers wrote, "It’s time for Japan to experience the Dhurandhar energy! Arriving in theatres across Japan on 10.7.2026 (sic)."

Directed by Aditya Dhar and backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film features an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. Music by Shashwat Sachdev has also helped the film gain traction across digital platforms.

Meanwhile, 'Dhurandhar 2' is continuing its strong box office run in India. The film remained steady in its sixth week and is now nearing a major worldwide milestone. After 41 days, the film's global gross stands at Rs 1,780.82 crore, leaving it just Rs 8 crore short of going past Baahubali 2's Rs 1,788.06 crore.
