Superstar Rajinikanth will reunite with director Nelson Dilipkumar for 'Jailer 2', produced by Sun Pictures, the film's announcement teaser, launched on January 14, marking the occasion of Pongal, revealed.
The makers of 'Jailer 2' recently submitted two promo cuts to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) ahead of the theatrical screening. While the first promo is around 2 minutes and 23 seconds, the second one is around 4 minutes and three seconds.
Reports suggest that the film has been titled 'Hukum', after the chartbuster number from 'Jailer'. The 'Tiger Ka Hukum' song from the film became a superhit track from the album. 'Jailer 2' has been in the works for the past few months. However, neither Sun Pictures nor Nelson Dilipkumar have acknowledged the rumors until now. Composer Anirudh Ravichander is a part of 'Jailer 2'.
