Prominent lawmakers, leaders gather at Capitol Hill to endorse Acharya Lokesh Muni’s "War-Free World" movement

Washington, DC: In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States, a powerful gathering for global peace took place at the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill. Despite no active voting session, multiple influential US Congressmen attended the event to officially endorse the "War-Free World" movement championed by renowned Peace Ambassador HH Acharya Lokesh Muni ji, founder of the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Foundation.

The historic event brought together lawmakers, community leaders, and advocates united under the shared vision of peace, harmony, and humanity.

The event drew significant congressional attendance and endorsements from prominent U.S. representatives who praised Acharya Lokesh Muni’s global peace initiatives, including 
Congressman Brad Sherman (California), Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (Illinois), Congressman Shri Thanedar (Michigan), Congressman Suhas Subramanyam (Virginia) and
Former Congressman Joe Crowley.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of special awards by HH Acharya Lokesh Muni, alongside Congressman Shri Thanedar and former Congressman Joe Crowley.

Nitin Vyas—the event coordinator, Public Relations Director of the World Vegan Vision organization, and a key member of the Yoga Federation—was honored with a prestigious award from the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Foundation for his exemplary leadership and dedication to organizing the event.

A distinguished leadership team drove the successful execution of the program.

The event was arranged and managed by Ashok Bhatt, prominent hotelier and former Water Commissioner of California.

Nidhi Pandya, a certified yoga instructor, elegantly emceed the entire event.

In alignment with the principles of Ahimsa (non-violence) and compassionate living, the entire event menu featured beautifully curated 100% Vegan cuisine, prepared under the direct supervision of Nitin Vyas.

The movement received strong, unified backing from the United States Yogasana Sports Federation Inc and New Jersey Chapter, led by Balwinder Singh and Nitin Vyas. They were joined by prominent wellness leaders including Nidhi Pandya, Poonam Gupta, Devi Balla, Geeta Patel, and Dr. Anjum Nadaf, who all formally endorsed the "War-Free World" vision.

The event saw a high-profile turnout of prominent community leaders from across the United States, including: Anil Mongia, Chairman of the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Foundation USA
Karamjeet Dhariwal, President of the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Foundation USA; Harish Arora, Mogul Caterer; Piyush Patel, alongside many other notable VIP guests.
