New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted French President Emmanuel Macron for talks in Mumbai during the leader’s three-day visit to India from February 17 to 19. Modi and Macron agreed to deepen cooperation in defense, trade and technology.
“India and France share a very special relationship," PM Modi said in a statement. “On the basis of this same trust and shared vision, today we are establishing our relationship as a ‘Special Global Strategic Partnership’."
