Consulate General of India, New York, hosted a distinguished roundtable on Buddhism in collaboration with Nalanda University, bringing together leading US academics and scholars. The Nalanda University team, led by its Vice Chancellor Prof. Sachin Chaturvedi, presented an impressive overview of their ongoing research & academic endeavors and their efforts in fostering international collaboration and restoring the glory of this ancient Indian learning center. Participating US scholars appreciated the efforts being undertaken to revive Nalanda as a global center of knowledge and shared their views on strengthening academic ties.
