World Vegan Vision - NY hosts inspiring Thanksgiving Lunch promoting plant-based living

Roslyn Heights, NY: World Vegan Vision – New York Chapter hosted its annual Thanksgiving Lunch at Mahal Restaurant, uniting community members, healthcare professionals, and supporters to celebrate gratitude, wellness, and compassionate living.

The highlight of the event was a keynote address by Dr. Sumeet Bahl, Interventional Radiologist and long-time meditator, who spoke on “The Spiritual and Scientific Benefits of Veganism.” His talk connected health, environmental sustainability, animal ethics, and mindfulness—offering a holistic perspective on adopting a vegan lifestyle.
